Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Parker Treatment Center is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. The role offers paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear career path with potential for advancement in BI’s Parker center.

We offer structured hours, training incentives, and opportunities to move from entry level to Senior RBT with BCBA-guided progression.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
