Job summary

Behavioral Innovations - Parker Treatment Center seeks entry-level Behavior Technicians or experienced RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear career path are offered.

Center hours are 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week. Training progression includes RBT levels and future BCBA pathway.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
