Job summary

Behavioral Innovations - Boulder Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and experienced RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. The role includes paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth. Center operates 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays.

Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a willingness to pursue RBT

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and reliable for clinic schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, clinic-based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 10 years.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
