Job summary

AZA United is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians for our East Valley Clinic. This part-time role offers a pay range of $21-$27 per hour, with extensive training and opportunities for professional growth and a true career path toward BCBA.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of paid experience with individuals with special needs, be 21+, and able to pass background checks. Transportation and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Available M-F 2:15pm-6:15pm or 2:45pm-6:15pm.
• At least 6 months paid work with individuals with special needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass required background checks or screenings.
• Own reliable transportation with proof of car insurance, registration and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA programs under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support children with autism at the East Valley Clinic in a part-time role.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
