Job summary

Arizona Autism United is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in home settings under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. This part-time role offers a pay range of $21–27 per hour and includes comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate has experience working with individuals with special needs, is available for afternoon shifts, and can pass necessary background checks. We welcome diverse applicants and offer a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Willingness to complete a fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBAs in delivering ABA programs and supervising clients at home.
• Participate in a 2-week hands-on paid training program.
• Attend monthly virtual professional development seminars.
