Job summary

Arizona Autism United (AZA United) is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our in-home East Valley team, delivering clinic-based ABA programs under a BCBA. You will support children with autism and work closely with families in their home environment.

Candidates with an RBT certification or direct care experience with autism are encouraged to apply. AZA United offers paid training, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for advancement toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Afternoon availability (afterschool hours) at least 2 days per week.
• At least 6 months of paid or unpaid work experience working with individuals with special needs.
• At least 21 years old.
• Must be able to pass required background checks and other required tests and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA programs under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
