Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve southeastern and central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
This Clinic Associate serves as a welcoming first point of contact, demonstrating a “no wrong door” approach by responding to incoming calls, gathering referral and presenting-need information, and connecting individuals to the appropriate services, providers, or programs. The position supports timely access and continuity of care through accurate data entry, documentation collection, referral and billing data entry, coordination with telehealth and internal teams, and effective use of electronic systems. It also supports daily office operations and maintains monthly performance standards to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
