Job summary

Hall Orthodontics is seeking a Clinic Assistant to provide clinical support by taking X-rays, 3D scans, sterilization, and clinical flow management. You will also assist with front-office duties as needed to ensure smooth patient care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years in dental/medical administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A collaborative team environment and patient-centered care are emphasized.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of general office or dental/medical administrative experience preferred.
  • Some dental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality X-rays and digital 3D scans, assist in clinical areas and sterilization.
  • Greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance eligibility, and handle administrative tasks as needed.

As one of the primary faces our patients meet, you will split time between clinical support—taking X-rays, 3D scans, and sterilization—and assisting with front office operations as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Records Support:Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays and digital 3D scans.Assist in clinical areas, instrument sterilization, and maintaining clinical flow.Ensure general housekeeping standards and maintain office/clinical supply inventory.Front Office & Administrative Support:Greet patients and deliver direct, exceptional customer service.Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient account records.Verify insurance eligibility and assist with administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: 2+ years of general office or dental/medical administrative experience desired; some dental experience preferred.Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; legible handwriting.Key Competencies & Soft SkillsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organization: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.Teamwork & Adaptability: Solution-oriented, open to constructive feedback, and skilled in conflict resolution.What We Look ForWe are seeking an independent, proactive team player who can anticipate doctor and patient needs before they arise.
