Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, answer inquiries, and verify appointment details to ensure a positive experience.
• Gather forms, documents, and vital signs needed for evaluations when required.
• Document actions taken during veteran/provider interactions and maintain patient records.
• Clean exam rooms between appointments and keep clinic stocked and tidy throughout the day.
• Travel to CA per diem clinics; weekend shifts may be required; attend training in SD, Glendale, or Riverside.
