Ozark Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed mid-level practitioner to deliver quality patient care under physician supervision in Arkansas. The role requires comprehensive nursing and mid-level practice credentials with a focus on collaboration, accurate documentation, and patient education.

Responsibilities include exams, treatment, orders for labs/imaging, and coordination with clinic staff. A strong team player with clinical teaching ability will thrive in this setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved School of Nursing.
• Registered mid-level practitioner (NP/PA, etc.) with Arkansas license, DEA, CPR (ACLS preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years acute care nursing and 1 year as mid-level practitioner, or 3 years as mid-level practitioner.
• Effective communication in English; additional languages preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive patient history and physical exams across ages.
• Diagnose disease and administer appropriate treatment.
• Collaborate with physician as needed and respect scope of practice.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging as required.
• Utilize Clinical Assistants and Medical Assistants effectively.
• Develop relationships with patients, families, and clinic staff.
• Participate in staff meetings to address clinic issues.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and charges promptly.
• Provide or arrange patient teaching as required.
• Review and help revise clinic policies and standards.
• Maintain cooperative work environment.
• Assist physician with chart completion and policy adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diagnose disease and administer suitable treatment.
• Collaborate with Physician when necessary and know person limits.
• Order, perform and interpret laboratory and x-ray procedures as needed.
• Utilize Clinical Assistants and Medical Assistant skills efficiently.
• Develops relationships with patients, families, and clinic staff.
• Works well with clinic staff, including Physician.
• Participate in staff meetings to address and solve clinic issues.
• Documents assessment, treatment plans, and charges clearly and promptly.
• Provide or delegate patient teaching as required.
• Reviews and recommend revisions for clinic policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintains a cooperative attitude to ensure a positive working environment.
• Assist Physician with chart completion and adhere to established policies and safety standards.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
