Job summary

Ozark Health, Inc. is seeking a qualified mid-level practitioner to deliver quality patient care under physician supervision. The successful candidate will bring nursing background, NP/PA credentials, and collaborative skills to our clinical team.

Requirements include graduation from an approved School of Nursing, Arkansas license, DEA, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), and substantial acute care experience. A supportive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
Registered as a Mid-level Practitioner (NP, PA, etc.) with current Arkansas license, DEA, CPR (ACLS preferred).
Minimum of 5 years acute care nursing and 1 year as Mid-level Practitioner, or 3 years as Mid-level Practitioner.

Responsibilities

Obtain comprehensive patient history and perform physical assessments for all age groups.
Diagnose diseases and administer appropriate treatment.
Collaborate with physicians and adhere to policies and safety standards.
Order and interpret laboratory and imaging procedures as needed.
Document assessments, treatment plans, and charges clearly and promptly.
Provide patient teaching and support to families and clinic staff.
