ABC, a leading ABA therapy provider, seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate in Texas to be the first connection for families starting ABA therapy. You’ll guide them through admissions with empathy, manage docs, support inbound calls, and become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand care options.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
- Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
- Willingness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and communications.
- Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
- Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
- Support marketing and admissions tasks to aid operations leadership.
- Embody ABC core values and be a cultural role model for teammates.

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.
- Pay: $19-$22 with bonus potential of up to $6,000
- PTO & Holidays: 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 flex days (more with tenure).
- Student Loan Support: Up to $600 in repayment options and tuition discounts through University Partnerships.
- Wellness Support: 90% health insurance coverage, 401k with 2% company matching, maternity/paternity award of up to $3,000, and FSA options for childcare.

- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
- Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
- You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
- Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

- A positive and contagious attitude that shows your readiness to engage with our families!
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

- A deep commitment to show up everyday and be a leader at your center
- High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
