Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families starting ABA therapy. You will guide them through the admissions process with empathy, manage day-to-day clinic administration, and support referral communications.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin or customer service, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help children with autism and their families. This role emphasizes teamwork and values-driven care at ABC.

As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

  • Pay: $19-$22 with bonus potential of up to $6,000
  • PTO & Holidays: 10 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 2 flex days (more with tenure).

What You Will Be Doing At ABC
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
  • Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
  • You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
  • Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
