Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and collect detailed patient information.
• Maintain and update patient records in the EPIC system with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process patient registrations and insurance information; assist with forms and documentation.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries; route questions to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in billing and payment processes and direct self-pay patients to the Business Office.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar; update schedules as needed.
• Perform cashiering duties (co-pays, payments) and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Ensure Medicaid enrollment where applicable and maintain supplies and reception area.
