Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to provide broad secretarial and administrative support within the office. The role involves screening calls, scheduling, calendar maintenance, and coordinating meetings, with responsibilities across multiple departments as needed.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, strong business vocabulary, and proficient MS Office skills.
Executes secretarial and administrative assignments of confidential nature and relieves management of clerical, administrative and business detail as necessary. Performs standard administrative functions such as screening telephone calls, opening mail, scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar, sets up the office filing system, and coordinates meetings.

The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies. Rate: $13.89 - $21.92
