Job summary

The City of Greeley is looking for a Climbing Wall Supervisor to oversee the climbing wall facility, ensuring all operations run smoothly and safely. The supervisor will monitor climbers, enforce safety protocols, and assist in training staff.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, fostering a positive environment, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. Candidates with knowledge of climbing techniques and supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of indoor rock climbing techniques and safety equipment.
• Must be CPR, AED, and First Aid certified or obtain certification within three months of hire.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the climbing wall and ensure safety of participants.
• Provide instruction on climbing equipment use and enforce safety protocols.
• Supervise team members and manage staff schedules.
