Momentum Naperville is seeking a friendly Gym Staff member to greet guests, manage front desk operations, and help create a welcoming climbing environment. You will communicate with members and guests, provide safety guidance, and assist with facility tours and program offerings.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of climbing experience and customer service or instructional background. Roles include day, evening, and weekend shifts with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced gym

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of climbing experience and passion for the sport.
• Experience in customer service or instruction is required.
• Experience in bouldering, sport climbing, and traditional climbing preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Drive are preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, by phone, and through email.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and orientation.
• Provide facility tours and share information about Momentum services.
• Answer phone calls, resolve issues, and assist guests as a knowledge resource.
• Monitor the gym areas and ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment.
• Assist with events and staff meetings to support gym operations.
