Job summary

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Front Desk Sales team member to greet members and guests, promote memberships, and manage front desk operations at our Atlanta location. You will provide tours, handle sales, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for climbers and guests.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced gym environment. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; answer questions about facility, programs, and memberships.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, day passes, programs, and retail products.
• Provide facility tours and explain benefits of CRG memberships and services.
• Operate the point-of-sale system for memberships, registrations, and sales transactions.
• Process registrations, waivers, and issue climbing gear.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and assist with member check-ins.
