Job summary

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Front Desk Sales team member to be the first contact for members and guests and to drive membership sales. You will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, conduct facility tours, and help guests understand programs and memberships.

Responsibilities include processing sales, registrations, and waivers, maintaining a welcoming space, and supporting a positive CRG experience for climbers of all levels. The role may involve belay instruction at rope locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and answer questions about facility, programs and memberships.
• Promote and sell memberships, day passes, programs and retail products.
• Provide engaging tours of the facility and explain CRG benefits.
• Operate the RGP system for memberships, registrations and sales transactions.
• Process registrations, review forms/waivers, and issue climbing gear.
• Facilitate instruction and orientation for new climbers.
