Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university.
• Students must meet enrollment standards for term credits.
• International students and graduate status have specific term requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach belay skills checks and gym orientation sessions.
• Instruct climbing skills workshops.
• Supervise belayer during events and rentals.
• Oversee safety techniques during open recreation.
• Change and set climbing routes on a schedule.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks in the gym.
• Operate the computerized climber check-in system.
• Provide First Aid and CPR as needed.
• Assist with emergencies within the facility.
