The Hoover Metropolitan Complex is seeking a part-time Climbing Attendant to assist guests in the Climbing & Adventure facility, ensuring safety and a positive experience. Training is provided, with ongoing responsibilities under the Climbing Lead.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins and payments, managing memberships, and staying informed about pricing, events, and equipment. A flexible schedule is required.

• Must be able to work with guests of all ages.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient with computers, barcode scanners, webcams, and online waivers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Complete daily assignments before, during, and after each shift.
