The Davey Tree Expert Company in Needham, MA is seeking a dynamic Climbing Arborist to join a team of tree care professionals. Your office is outdoors, with daily changes in view, and you’ll perform pruning and removal to keep trees healthy and safe.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors and enthusiasm for outdoor work.
• Experience or training related to forestry, horticulture or landscaping is a plus.
• Ability to complete Davey Tree Orientation and safety courses upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using DdRT/MRS or SRT/SRS climbing systems.
• Operate as a crew member with ground crew and crew leader.
• Perform pruning and removal safely and skillfully for clients.
• Install cables, bracing and lightning protection where needed.
