Job summary

Schneider Electric Advisory Services is seeking a climate consultant who will support senior and managing consultants on client engagements and collaborate with global colleagues to drive project execution.

You will review climate data, draft insights, and prepare detailed reports for client stakeholders while owning projects that shape strategic climate initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Science, Environmental Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years post-master or 4 years post-bachelor in climate consulting or related field.
• Experience with greenhouse gas accounting (GHG Protocol) across scopes 1-3.
• Experience with environmental life cycle assessment and decarbonization strategy development.
• Experience with climate risk assessment and climate-related reporting.
• Proposal development experience and leading client-facing project teams (≥2).

Responsibilities

• Support senior and managing consultants within the advisory team on client engagements.
• Review climate-related data, policies, and standards to generate insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to client stakeholders.
• Own projects shaping strategic direction of clients’ climate initiatives and ensure quality delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to climate service offerings through global initiatives.
