Job summary

The World Bank Group is seeking an Engagement Analyst to support the Board Affairs and Governance team, coordinating engagement with observers, board members, and host governments. You will help organize meetings, maintain stakeholder records, and produce actionable briefs under supervision.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 2+ years in multilateral climate or development contexts, with strong English communication and policy-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in international relations, law, environmental policy, public administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience with multilateral climate or development processes.
• Experience with observer accreditation processes or UNFCCC meeting protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support BAG as primary interface with FRLD stakeholders; maintain stakeholder registry and issue engagement briefs.
• Draft and update BAG SOPs, timelines and access to FRLD platforms.
• Produce quarterly stakeholder engagement dashboards for Executive Management review.
