Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or in the final year of a postgraduate program (master’s/PhD).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support change management, communications, institutional engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the World Bank Group Internship Program.
• Draft and edit communications materials and maintain engagement trackers and dashboards.
• Prepare summaries, dashboards, and action-tracking tools from surveys and feedback.
