Job summary

The World Bank Group in Washington, DC seeks an Engagement Analyst to support the preparation, organisation and execution of engagement activities for the BAG team, coordinating with FRLD observers, Board members, alternates, advisors, and host governments for meetings.

The post holder will report to the Governance Specialist and work with the Program Manager for BAG to maintain stakeholder registries, draft SOPs, produce dashboards, and ensure transparent, inclusive participation in FRLD

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a field relevant to multilateral climate or development work.
• Experience with multilateral climate or development processes preferred.
• Familiarity with observer accreditation and UNFCCC structures is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support BAG in engaging with FRLD observers, Board members and stakeholders.
• Draft SOPs, manage timelines and translations for meetings.
• Produce dashboards on stakeholder engagement metrics for leadership.
• Organize consultations and integrate inputs into policy papers and guidance.
• Serve as first contact for stakeholder feedback and ensure compliant processes.
• Assist in coordinating forums and ad hoc assignments as needed.
