Job summary

World Bank Group seeks an Engagement Analyst to support the Board Affairs and Governance (BAG) team in coordinating engagement with FRLD observers, Board members, and host governments. This role ensures inclusive participation in deliberations and maintains observer relations.

Under supervision of the Governance Specialist, you will prepare outreach materials, manage stakeholder registries, and help produce policy papers and knowledge products for FRLD governance and meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in international relations, law, environmental policy, public administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience with multilateral climate or development processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the BAG team as primary interface with FRLD stakeholders.
• Draft and update SOPs covering timelines, document circulation, and access.
• Produce quarterly dashboards on stakeholder engagement metrics for Executive Management.
• Organize consultations with key stakeholders and integrate submissions into papers.
• Act as first point of contact for stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure accreditation and registration procedures for Board meetings.
