Job summary

ClimateWorks Foundation is seeking a Manager in the Philanthropic Partnerships Department to lead donor activities for a portfolio, develop fundraising plans, and deepen funder relationships. You will partner with program leads to align donor strategy with climate mitigation goals.

This role involves creating compelling proposals and reports, coordinating across Programs, Finance, and Strategy, and ensuring donor data accuracy in Salesforce. Travel is expected; 5–7 years in fundraising preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in frontline development/fundraising.
• Proven donor engagement strategies and compelling written content.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking, research, and organizational skills.
• Experience using CRM databases and maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management: lead donor activities and develop fundraising plans for the portfolio.
• Donor materials: design and submit proposals, reports, and notes to support donor deliverables.
• Collaboration: coordinate across Programs, Finance, Strategy and Learning & Impact; manage Salesforce data and internal meetings.
