ClimateWorks Foundation is seeking an Associate Director of Donor Communications to lead donor engagement and fundraising communications. The role oversees a small team and coordinates cross-functional work with program and partnerships teams to strengthen relationships with current and prospective funders.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in fundraising communications, donor relations, or related field.
2–3 years of staff supervision experience.

Oversee donor materials, including briefs, talking points, and pitches.
Develops messaging frameworks and oversees workflows for donor-facing materials.
