Job summary

Climate Collective Foundation is seeking a thoughtful professional to support research and analysis of impact frameworks and metrics. You will work with startup founders to understand business models, define impact boundaries, and identify relevant indicators that drive project decisions.

In this fully remote role, you will coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators, maintain detailed meeting notes, and translate discussions into actionable insights for project tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in climate impact metrics.
• Strong understanding of climate change, mitigation, adaptation, and resilience metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support research and analysis of impact frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with startup founders to define business models and metrics.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators for timely communication.
• Document meetings and translate discussions into actionable project insights.
• Assist with planning events, trainings, and workshops.
