Job summary

Industrious Labs is seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst to lead quantitative analysis and strategic campaign work in the U.S. cement and industrial sectors. This role will own the Cement Mapping Tool, work with policy and advocacy partners, and translate data into actionable campaign insights.

The candidate will build regional analyses, collaborate across teams, and present findings to policymakers and reporters, delivering impact for climate justice and industry decarbonization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in power systems analysis, energy economics, or utility planning.
• Understanding of electricity markets, grid operations, and decarbonization pathways.
• Strong quantitative skills with large multi-source datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Cement Tool development and launch by Mar 2027.
• Develop regional analyses and data pipelines for campaigns across sectors.
• Translate analysis into public-facing narratives for policymakers, advocates, and media.
