Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, preferably in energy or industrials.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience with due diligence processes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to identify key risks and opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the investment deal process.
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for evaluations.
- Conduct sector research and develop investment theses.
- Collaborate with the team on due diligence and investment materials.
- Support fundraising activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in managing portfolio companies and reporting.
