Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a lead analyst to drive financial modeling within a climate-focused practice. You will build and oversee complex models, facilitate client interactions, and guide data-driven decision-making.

You will mentor team members, manage deliverables, and ensure timely project completion, using forecasting, valuation, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in financial modeling and analytics.
• At least two years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, data visualization tools; AI advantageous.
• Strong communication and experience preparing management-level presentations.

• Oversee model development, conduct research, and perform advanced scenario analysis.
