Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Los Angeles seeks a Manager in our Economic and Valuation Services practice focusing on climate change and policy analysis. You will lead client engagements and supervise the team in developing financial forecast models and data analysis.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely project delivery, managing engagement economics, and applying driver-based forecasting, corporate finance, valuation and reporting processes. Mentorship and training of staff are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in financial analytics modeling.
• Two years in team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• Experience with business modeling practices, investment banking, or consulting, including project management and training.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in VBA, MS Access, SQL, data visualization tools, and AI technologies is a plus.
• Ability to create clear, management-ready presentations supporting key findings and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, communicate clearly, facilitate client needs, and support during engagements.
• Team Oversight: Supervise team in developing financial analytical forecast models, conduct research, scenario modeling, and data analysis.
• Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion of projects, manage engagement economics, and support profitability.
• Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge in driver-based forecasting, corporate finance, valuation, and reporting processes.
• Team Development: Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and performance.
