Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Senior Financial Analytics Consultant to lead and manage financial and analytical modeling projects in a climate policy analytics team.

You will cultivate client relations, oversee development of custom forecast models, support data analysis, ensure timely delivery, and mentor team members. Bachelor's in accounting/finance/economics/business; 5+ years analytics; 2+ years leading teams; proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in financial analytics and modeling.
• At least two years of team leadership.
• Experience creating management-level presentations.

Job description

Role Overview: This position involves leading and managing financial and analytical modeling projects within a dynamic team focused on climate change and policy analysis.

• Key Responsibilities: Cultivate strong client and team relationships, facilitate client needs, oversee the development of custom financial forecast models, support data analysis and scenario modeling, ensure timely and profitable project delivery, and provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of experience in financial analytics, modeling, and tools development; at least two years of team leadership. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business. Proficiency with Excel, VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, and experience creating management-level presentations. Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or business modeling is preferred.
  
  

Key Duties: Building financial models from scratch, conducting research, trend analysis, supporting client engagements, and delivering insights to inform decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
