Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Manager to lead a team within the Economic and Valuation Services practice, focusing on climate change and policy analysis. You will build financial forecast models, perform advanced data analysis, and deliver findings to clients.

The role requires five+ years in financial analytics with at least two years in leadership, a relevant degree, and strong presentation skills. You will mentor staff and drive profitable project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in financial analytics models, with at least two years in a team leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Experience in business modeling, investment banking, or consulting, with project management and training skills.
• Proficiency in building models in Excel, with knowledge of VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, and AI technologies being a plus.
• Ability to create management-level presentations supporting decision-making using finance and valuation concepts.
