Job summary

Novolex in Cedar Rapids is hiring for a Test Line technician to set up and test large commercial packaging equipment on our Cedar Rapids manufacturing line. This is a Monday–Friday role with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm, climate-controlled schedule.

Key duties include troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic and electrical functions, reading engineering blueprints and schematics, and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years’ mechanical/electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• WorkKeys certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test large packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and electrical functions.
• Read engineering blueprints and schematics.
