• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience with inserter equipment, mail sorting, or tray mailing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed inserter machines.
• Read and understand job instructions to ensure accurate mailings.
• Monitor quality throughout production to ensure all pieces meet standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately for billing and postage reconciliation.
• Monitor postage meters and notify leadership when replenishment is needed.
• Handle and store production materials correctly after each job.
• Assist with hand inserting and other production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support facility housekeeping.
• Follow production schedules and help meet daily output goals.
• Suggest process improvements that support quality and efficiency.
