Airshare in Overland Park, KS seeks a Client Travel Coordinator to manage concierge-level travel arrangements for clients. This full-time on-site role requires you to coordinate ground transportation, catering, and itineraries, while building strong vendor relationships.

Applicants should have 2+ years of premium customer service experience in corporate settings and a proven ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive requests with attention to costs and client satisfaction.

This position requires the highest levels of relationship-building skills, customer service, organization, and work ethic in a fast-paced environment. This position will require you to work in the office located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Your schedule will be full-time, working 40 hours a week.
