Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Westborough, MA is seeking a Driver for the Inpatient ATS program. This role supports program operations by transporting clients and driving agency vehicles from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a pay rate of $19.50-$21.50 per hour. The Driver must hold a valid license with a clean driving record and communicate effectively in a diverse setting while prioritizing safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
• Must display appropriate independent judgment in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive agency vehicles to meet program needs.
• Transport clients to assigned treatment facilities for interviews, medical appointments, and other program/client related issues.
• Demonstrate respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
• Work with the Facility Coordinator regarding preventive maintenance for Campus vehicles.
• Conduct daily safety checks and appropriate documentation before driving Campus vehicles.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and complete duties in the allotted time.
• Respond to all life safety maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
• Follow all organizational and regulatory guidelines regarding the use of agency vehicles and transporting clients.
