Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is hiring a Driver for the Westborough, MA ATS program. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a pay rate of $19.50-$21.50/hour and a $2,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must display the use appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, staff and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Driving agency vehicles to meet program needs.
• Transporting clients to assigned treatment facilities for interviews, medical appointments, and other program/client related issues.
• Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
• Working with the Facility Coordinator regarding preventive maintenance for Campus vehicles.
• Conducting daily safety checks and appropriate documentation before driving Campus vehicles.
• Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and complete duties in the allotted time.
• Responding to all life safety maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
• Following all organizational and regulatory guidelines regarding the use of agency vehicles and transporting clients.
