Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a Driver for Westborough, MA to support inpatient ATS programs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role requires transporting clients, maintaining vehicle safety checks, and upholding regulatory guidelines.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Experience in substance use or mental health settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, staff and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Driving agency vehicles to meet program needs.
• Transporting clients to assigned treatment facilities for interviews, medical appointments, and other program/client related issues.
• Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
• Working with the Facility Coordinator regarding preventive maintenance for Campus vehicles.
• Conducting daily safety checks and appropriate documentation before driving Campus vehicles.
• Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and complete duties in the allotted time.
• Responding to all life safety maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
• Following all organizational and regulatory guidelines regarding the use of agency vehicles and transporting clients.
