You’ll become the technical SME for a dedicated group of clients, learning their environments inside and out, identifying technical gaps, improving documentation and standards, and helping shape their technology roadmap alongside the vCIO and engineering teams.
We’re looking for a well-rounded Systems Administrator / Tier 2+ MSP engineer with experience across:
Prior experience as a TAM, Junior vCIO, Project Engineer, Escalation Engineer, or consultative Systems Administrator is a plus, but not required.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who has been in the trenches handling tickets, escalations, projects, on-call work, and client issues but wants to take the next step in their career.
The long-term track is toward vCIO and technology consulting, so they’re specifically looking for someone who wants to use their technical experience to become more strategic and client-facing. Technical strength is more important coming in and they can help teach the consultative side.
