Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare, insurance, or client services with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of health plan benefits and COB.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage CSS team performance against KPIs, productivity, quality, and service expectations.
• Oversee Coordination of Benefits (COB) claims activities with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to resolve client concerns and support account needs.
• Ensure external communications are tracked and responded to within service standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client, provider, broker, and internal issues.
• Maintain knowledge of benefit plans, accumulators, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums.
• Provide coaching, training, and day-to-day guidance to CSS team members.
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and issue tracking to support performance.
