Job summary

Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) in Savannah is seeking a Client Support Worker Supervisor for Community Integration Home. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and three years of job-related experience in social or direct care services.
• Ability to communicate and interact with mental health professionals in a team environment.
• Documentation skills and ability to observe, assess and record symptoms and progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities at the Community Integration Home (CIH).
• Observe and monitor residents and chart observations and incidents.
• Provide training in basic personal and social skills, simple academics, or work skills.
• Maintain high quality care and serve as a role model.
• Arrange for medical care and support service planning as needed.
