Job summary

State of Georgia is hiring a Client Support Worker Supervisor- Community Integration Home in Savannah. Under supervision, you will assist residents with daily living activities and monitor behavior, recording observations and incidents.

You will train residents in personal and social skills, help develop individual service plans, and may assist with meals and transportation, including driving state vehicles. A valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and three years of job-related experience providing social or direct care to groups with special needs.
• Experience as lead worker, team lead, or in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Ability to pass a national and state background check and vaccinations as required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities for residents at the Community Integration Home.
• Observe and chart resident behavior, incidents, and progress.
• Provide training in basic personal/social skills, simple academics, or work skills.
• May assist with meals, transport, and limited case management.
• Develop and support individual service or treatment plans with the supervisory team.
• Drive state-owned vehicles to transport residents to appointments and activities.
