The Client Support Specialist is a full-time remote roleresponsible for providing responsive, high-quality support to travel clients.The specialist will handle inquiries via email, phone, and chat, assist withbooking and modifying travel arrangements, and resolve issues related toreservations, itineraries, and travel policies. Day-to-day tasks includeguiding clients through options for flights, accommodations, and activities,ensuring accuracy of booking details, and supporting corporate clients with organizedtravel plans. The role also involves tracking client requests, maintainingclear documentation, collaborating with internal team members, and consistentlyfocusing on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
