Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Service Delivery professional in Nashville to support client engagements and the Managed Data Services team. You will analyze financial data, build Excel reports, and manage onboarding of new clients, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and proactive issue resolution.

The role demands strong communication, independent work ethic, and the ability to thrive under quarterly deadlines, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a conceptual understanding of the SaaS business model.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with extreme attention to detail and document processes.
• Experience collaborating with others in a team under deadlines.
• Willingness to work long hours at critical times (quarterly reporting).
• Desire to contribute to process improvements and positive team impact.

Responsibilities

• Consult with venture capital/private equity clients to align monitoring and reporting offerings with their needs.
• Assist with onboarding new clients to the platform, taking a hands-on role to ensure sticky reporting.
• Build robust Excel reports integrated with our platforms.
• Complete other client projects as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and eagerness to learn new tools.
