Job summary

Join S&P Global in Nashville as a Service Delivery professional focused on financial analysis and reporting for SaaS clients. You will support venture clients, onboard new customers, and build Excel-based reports integrated with our platforms.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and attention to detail, with long hours during quarterly reporting periods. A 4-year degree and iLevel experience are preferred, offering a pathway to impact the team and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SaaS business model concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with extreme attention to detail.
• Experience working with others in a team under deadlines.
• Willingness to work long hours at key times (quarterly reporting).
• Desire to contribute to process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Consult with venture capital/private equity clients to align offerings with their needs.
• Onboard new clients to the platform with a hands-on approach.
• Build robust Excel reports integrated with our platforms.
• Complete other client projects on an as-needed basis.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; eagerness to learn new apps.
