My Senior Health Plan is hiring a Client Service Representative to be the key liaison between clients, licensed agents, and insurance carriers. You will ensure accurate responses, detailed documentation, and a high-quality client experience through phone and email support.

The role emphasizes organization, CRM proficiency, and a proactive approach to enrollment processes while contributing to team and sales support initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of administrative or customer service experience, or an associate degree.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, web-based applications, and technology tools.
• Genuine passion for serving and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional support by phone and email.
• Answer client questions accurately and compassionately.
• Complete verification calls and follow-up outreach to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Review and process insurance applications accurately and maintain client information in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives.
